The Ask

Create an identity, online platform and deliverables for a bespoke loyalty scheme targeting senior indirect partners with the goal to build relationships, strengthen brand loyalty and drive product sales.

The solution

The studio, along with the reward & recognition team, developed a bespoke platform specific to the target audience and launched at the Annual Partner Conference with an inspiring video teaser. With high end, platinum luxury in mind, black, velvet laminated boxes bearing an embossed platinum foiled logo were sent to users containing a Philips branded luggage tag and a foil blocked information booklet.

Bespoke email communications with links to the (App/Website) were sent where users experienced a personalised journey throughout the reward stages. The App offered friendly navigation to access sales tools, the ability to redeem rewards, track progress and access exclusive info.

The lucky winners hitting platinum (based on % uplift of sales) received branded winners print and itinerary booklets for their prize trip to Arizona, printed on a pearlescent stock to continue the platinum theme.
