The Ask

Incentivise a small sales team to push a select product portfolio of LED strip lighting. The campaign needs to be engaging, visually appealing and promote the products USPs throughout.

The solution

Using gamification, the team created an engaging virtual online racetrack where every sale animated the player’s avatar around the colourful neon lit reward circuit. Rewards of varying value were distributed round the track to motivate sales. Staff could view important product info as well as check the leaderboard to track their position. This promoted healthy competition throughout the team and successfully boosted sales of the range.
