SITA Innovation Forum
Create an event identity together with digital, print and display elements to bring the new Customer Innovation Forum to life. The event targets leaders of the air transport industry together to explore emerging technologies set to transform the air transport industry. The agenda need to include insightful plenary sessions together with engaging and interactive workshops to encourage knowledge sharing.
A striking key image was tailored and aligned with the existing SITA brand to encompass the exciting journey of innovation surrounding the event. Email communications and social assets were created for the event campaign together with a bespoke branded registration platform and event app.
The venues auditorium was enhanced with projection mapping to extend and maximise content with synchronised PowerPoint content produced for keynote speakers. For the event breakout sessions, four immersive workshop rooms were designed and constructed, individually themed in line with the objectives of the event. With over 50 individual creative elements produced for this event, it was a true labour of love with some incredible feedback from both the client and their customers.
